Data usage

My data plan is 100 gb

I've had my plan 4 days and it's saying zero data left .
Plan shows 14 gb used .

can any one help with this please

Hi @James120281  are you sure it is 100 Gig not 100 Mb ?

If you've only just started it, the data might be limited until your next billing date so you've received a pro rata amount of data,

The latest Sky mobile tariff dated 18 May doesn't have a 100GB deal. It jumps from 50GB up to Unlimited. The tariff information from the 7 May was the same.
