Phone bill

Can't afford my phone bill, why have I been charged twice for my new phone and once for my old phone. I can't afford that and now I've been left with no money as my phone bill has cost me a fortune

What happened with your old phone, was it returned to Sky via a swap because if so billing continues until it has been inspected and this can take 2-3 weeks.

If you just performed a swap then it's quite normal to pay for both phones due to the delay in processing the return of the old phone (which takes 3-4 weeks currently).  Any payment for the old phone will be a credit on your account (or will reduce any shortfall in valuation).
