I recently received my November bill to find I have been charged for both devices? Is this correct? I have recently swapped my phone and my bill reflects that I am now paying for two devices? Future bills also show paying for 2 devices?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreUntil the company that handles the returns has processed your returned phone then you will still be charged for it as it can take 2-3 weeks for this to be completed.
