I was late paying my bill, they carried it over to next month so it would be £76 for the month and missed and this months but I went on there and paid the £38 for the month I didn't pay and today they've tried taking out the £76 even tho yesterday my payment of £38 went through to my account.

Find out moreHi @Liliw if you have a direct debit set up then never make a manual payment (unless specifically asked to by sky) as sky will always take what is showing on your account as you have found. If they have taken the extra and you need a refund then call sky on 150 and it can take 5 working days to process.
