Phone bill charges

Hi , Just wondered why my bills are so high each month my original taffiff and contract states £35 a month but beinf billed over £54 each month

Hi @Mariamaz  are you calling premium rate numbers ? Calling abroad ? Sending picture messages ? Exceeding your data allowance ? All these are chargeable.
