hi @Diane94 your message is a little confusing, you say you have no internet at home ? If that's the case then you won't be able to access anything on the internet, including mobile banking.

If you don't have Wi-Fi are you saying your device is connected to the Sky Move network and the internet works but your banking app doesn't ?
