Phone abroad

Hi, my daughter is in Italy but I don't think she can use her phone. Please can you let me know how I can get her to make calls?

For Italy it should cost the account holder £2 for each 24 hours use of the home allowance.

She needs to ensure roaming and mobile data are turned on in the phone settings and it will kick in when she sends a text, makes a call or uses a small amount of data.

Set any spend cap to cover the total number of days she is there. Remember that calls to local numbers are charged extra at international rates and there is now a limit on data use of 25GB per billing period, after which Sky can charge an extra £2.50 per GB or even suspend useage due to overuse.
