Phone Valuation

I'm looking at swapping my phone but the questions seem to be worded a bit weirdly, can anyone help? my phone has a couple chips so im expecting to pay a little bit, but my valuation ranges from £125 to pay to £260 depending on my answers but im not entirely sure what i have to answer to which question, the last one especially is worded a bit weirdly, can anyone help? x

What does the question say?
Before sending I would recommend taking photos of the phone from all angles/sides in case there's any dispute about the condition.

Re: Phone Valuation

it's something along the lines of 'does your device have any other physical damage' if i click yes, it asks for low level damage which im assuming is like chips etc, if i click yes to that my estimate is £165, if i press no on the first question it jumps up to £260, this is why im confused?

As the phone will be inspected for damage you will have to select that low level damage option but as advised take a number of photos of it showing both the damage and the phone itself from the front to the back.

Hi @Sophie276  that is only a guide to what you may be offered. The final offer will be made once the phone is received and graded. At that point you can always refuse and ask for the phone to be sent back if you disagree. The estimate that you are seeing is not guaranteed.

Re: Phone Valuation

so just to absolutely double check i was right in choosing yes to both of those? it just seems odd i'd have to pay less for a damaged phone, ah well, i'll see when they inspect it i suppose, thank you!
