I have received an email saying I can now upgrade my phone. I've logged in to upgrade, but when I press the upgrade button, it says my account is restricted, therefore not letting me upgrade. I'm all up to date with paying bills, so don't know why this is happening.

Just tried this and it says it was already linked. However, it seems to have made it work. Thank you!

Sky send these message to all customer automatically when a new handset or flagship is due to be or is newly released. Usually you have to pay a cost to upgrade early (not available within 12mth) or you can upgrade earlier by sending the current handset back to offset the cost
