My wife and I both have Sky Mobile SIMs in iPhone 13s. We have recently been made aware that people are trying to call our mobiles from a landline but the calls do not register. We can receive calls from other mobiles fine. When we try calling our mobiles from the home landline, the call shows as connecting more or less straight away but the mobile never rings or shows any sign of a missed call but the landline gets charged for the call. I reported the problem to 150 on August 7th but have got no reference number or acknowledgement of the problem and have heard nothing back since other that a text asking to give feedback on their service! Any ideas?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreAll you can do is to report this to Sky so their teams can investigate for you. 150 is the number to call them on,

An update on my problem. I have now found that turning off Wi-fi Calling on my iPhone now allows me to receive landline calls when at home so I have a solution. I've had the phone a couple of years and always had Wi-fi Calling turned on and am sure this hasn't always been an issue so not really sure why the situation has changed but at least I have a work around!
