Can't get help to activate new sim

I have linked my sky ID to my account to activate my new sim card and just keeps going around in circles. No activate option comes up for me to enter my code at all and I can't get through to anyone to help resolve this.

Yoj wil either have to remain on the line and say nothing when spoken to by the bot or use one of the social media links at the bottom of the page to contact Sky about this.
