Phone Fraud

I use to have Sky mobile but no longer.

Today my wife received 4 separate letters asking her to pay money totalling £2368 .

I am sure she was exposed to the fraudsters through her sky information.

Did she receive a phone call claiming to be able to reduce bills? If yes then did she give out your account details? Did she then receive expensive devices (phones, tables etc) which she didn't order only to receive another call to say a mistake had been made & to give the devices to a courier or to send them to a specific address?
If yes to all then she was scammed. The account owner needs to contact Sky immediately to block the devices. There is a chance that as the devices weren't returned to Sky that you'll be liable for the cost if the above is the case.

Virginia.
I don’t work for Sky.
If I have helped then please leave a like.
