Hello, 

Still waiting for my credit agreement to

be sent. 
many ideas, I've linked accounts as requested too, now can't see any agreement to sign!!!

it can take 24 hours for sky to do all their checks.

Think I've found the problem, I had two email addresses linked in account so it didn't like it. Called CS and sorted it.
