Have ported my phone number over and now am unable to get 4g and it says personal and primary on the phone. When i am out and about am unable to call or send messages - any ideas would be great

That sounds more like a setting in your phone so what do you have ?

Go to Settings - Phone - My Number and change it if it is wrong, then reboot the phone.
