My phone wont accept calls, it keeps saying my number dont exist and if i try call out it comes up call ended so i cant call out either. I have to turn phone off fir about 20 minutes then it will work for a littke while and then same thing happens again. Its driving me mad as im missing important calls as i dont always know its happened again until i try to ring anyone. Texts are fine its just voice calls and terrible signal when not connected to wifi. Im at my wits end im paying for a useless product. Spoke to sky 2 weeks ago and got told be fixed by 21st june but its still happening this morning and have a very important doctor consultation over the phone today and i need to be able to recieve that call. Can anybody please help?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreYou are going to need to call them again seeing as it hasn't been fixed by that date they gave you. 150 is the number to call them on.

Thanks for quick reply, I think you're right just dreading it as took me so long to get it across to the man I was speaking too and then all of a sudden he said there was a network issue just happened but my phone had been doing it a week before I contacted them. I did wonder if it was the new update but as they said it was a network issue their end I didn't think anymore on that but now I'm back to wondering as have auto updates on, but can't remember if it was round same time as the update happened. Anyway thanks for your help again. Have a good day

Hi, no not got it fixed yet, been told the same thing network issue but when I check my area it says no known issues so I have no idea what's happening. How long has it been happening to you if you don't mind me asking?

I've been having the issue on & off for about 6 months now.
It's impossible to get a real person online when i have the proble and when it's ok i just don't think to call them 😀

I have an I phone 13 pro max. I am wondering if it's the update too but can't see anyone else having that issue and more people having the issue who are with sky mobile. I know 2 other people personally that are having exactly the same and they with sky too. But I'm not happy paying for a service when I'm not getting the proper service it's sending me mad! If I get any news or find out anything I will let you know.

My dad had this exact same issue today, all we done was put his phone on airplane mode for roughly 5 minutes.
It's been an hour or so and is still working 🤞

thanks, I will let you know as well if I manage to get anywhere. In the meantime I've turned it off for about 30mins and when I switched back on it was ok.

See I can get it to work again by turning it off for a bit and then turning it back on and then I think it's fine but the next day it's doing it again so it's so frustrating as I'm missing important calls as I don't realise until I try and call out. It's been going on nearly a month now and I'm getting really fed up. I was told it would be fixed by the 21st and now I've been told it will take longer but won't give me any information why it's happening or when it will be mended.
