Payments
I had a payment fail in February and I went straight on that day and paid it but its also came out a few days later so I was up a payment. But it has continued to take out every month so where is my extra payment gone?

Is it still showing as a credit on your account?
If you usually pay by Direct Debit and the full payment fails on the normal payment date Sky will automatically attempt it again 10 calendar days later (and any manual payment made in this period will usually only go as a credit towards the following months bill leaving this months unpaid).
