Payments
I'm receiving emails saying I owe £19.50, when I've received an email in December saying my contract has finished and my payments are up to date ???

Is it a mobile device you finished paying for in December and if it is did you also have a sim as payments continue for this unless you have cancelled it or moved your number to a different network.
