Payments

My payment say they should come Down in July but your advisor  says November. I have proof of this on the my sky app I have been told 

to re install the app as this could be an error but it still shows my payments should come

down in July 24

We're other customers here - for account issues you'll have to call Sky.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
