Wen I spoke to sky on phone they said I could make a manual payment as I'm overdrawn by £20 as my direct debit won't come out till 5th as it only started up on the 4th feb

Do you see a credit because if so that will be used against your next bill and not this one which will still be taken.

Yes I'm overdrawn by £20 as it was due on the 2nd but it say is bill carried forward so wen I click my next bill witch is due on 5th march it says £40 now on my next bill as it says bill carried forward

I still don't get this if my bill says carried forward as shows in my next bill so will they try and take it out my bank in few days still

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreIf it says it has been carried forward then they shouldn't take it out in a few days as it has been added to next months bill meaning that bill will be double and the credit will be used against it as per my previous post:

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreCan you post a screenshot of this bill and next months as Sky bills don't usually say they are overdrawn. If you do this then please blank out personal information like your name and account number and if present a credit agreement number.

As I said the £20 you owe from Februarys bill has been added to this March bill so no further action is needed on your part as the bill will be taken on your usual billing date.

So my next bill will be £41.07 if I'm correct in march so I won't get my sim turned off will I thank you
