I had insufficient funds for my bill to be paid on the usual date, when will they try again to take the payment Thank you Jane

@Jane_  Sky normally retry payment 10 days later

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

@Jane_ If you pay by direct debit then Sky will reattempt to take payment 10 days after it was first due.
