Payment holiday

I need a payment holiday as I've just recently lost my job and need to ensure I have the funds to keep my priority bills I.e council tax gas and electric up to date

Note that only credit items apply.  You'll have to pay for your dataplan regardless.

 

Consider reducing your mix to a cheaper plan.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

This tells you how to find the help pages. However, there is no clue how you actually apply for a payment holiday. Any ideas?
