Payment help

I have two devices showing in my payment list I have returned the device iphone but still showing as payment and auto debit has been removed

Why was the device returned, was it part of a swap or have you changed your mind within the cooling off period ?

As per the team they said will be sending Samsung ZFold 6 but I received iPhone 15 and they send the label scanner through WhatsApp to send the device back

Hi @Asghar11  just confirming this phone didn't arrive by accident after you received a call from someone saying they were from sky and offering a discount ?

Did you receive a call offering a discount then the phone turned up by accident and you were then given a return address to send it to ? @Asghar11

I received a call for Samsung Zfold6 instead received iPhone 15 and they provided return label to return  now I cannot pay for 2 devices I was paying for 1 device and will also pay continuously

I think you've been scammed.  You probably did not return the phone to Sky if the label was whatsapp'd to you...

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

Not sure what you mean. You should be able to set up your direct debit via the MySky app or online using this link
