Can u have a payment suspension when ur in financial trouble?

If you are paying for a mobile device then you can contact Sky and ask for a payment break as per this:

@Kazzaslee  only on a piece of hardware such as a phone or glass tv

 

you can only have one suspension in any 12 month period 

 

monthly subscription payments must continue
