Why is it when you try to pay off a device plan the website says there is an error and to ask for help in the community. It is almost as if Sky don't want the plans paif off?

How on earth does someone get in touch with Sky these days to make a simple device payment.

The free number to call Sky on is just 150, they should be able to take the payment for you.
