You may have to wait for the payment to clear, that could be a day or two.

 

Try calling Sky on 150 and see if they can override it.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

You posted paid your bills so that suggests you were behind with more than one?

If your payment is two or more weeks overdue you will have to pay the next bill as well. If you’re in arrears for 56+ days Sky can fully terminate your subscription.
