Pay off contract

I'm trying to pay off my contract but it's just put it as credit towards my next payment date?

How do I pay it off completely

Hi @La27  call sky on 150 for help with this. Whilst paying online works for some others have reported the same as you, it's gone as credit.

I don't have my sim with sky anymore so it won't let me call that number, 

but yes it's gone as credit and not paid it off

Go right to the bottom of this link:

Select > Yes, I still need help > I want to get in touch > Ready to get in touch > Choose more options (small link) > Call Us

And you should finally see a number to call.
