Pay another way?
Is they another way to pay my bill as cant use my bank card as wen i paid sky they tried taking it out again i pay very to a bank account can i do same for this

@Mandy451 You need to either have a recurring direct debit or a recurring card payment setup.
You can change how you pay by logging into your account https://www.sky.com/help/home/sky-mobile/mobile-account-and-billing/my-bills-and-payments/articles/s...
Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

If you setup a card or a direct debit then Sky will take it manually from you so you do not need to make any manual payments.
