Passplus

I'm in Turkey and have my roaming and data off but the passplus has activated to charge me £2 a day. I don't want it or need it. How do I stop it?

Hi @MrsLJBrown  have you made any calls or sent any texts as that also triggers it ? It will now last 24 hours from when it started. To stop it starting again then keep mobile data and roaming off and put your phone in flight mode. Whilst still in flight mode turn on WiFi to use it when available.
