@Tom841 No one on the community here can do that, you should be able to turn them off yourself via your account https://www.sky.com/help/articles/parental-controls-sky-mobile

Note that only a credit card will suffice (not a debit card). You can borrow a credit card if you haven't got one yourself, it doesn't have to be yours. The only other way is if you have signed a credit agreement with Sky, then they will already know you are 18 or over so if you call them on 150 they can deactivate this for you.
