Parental guidence

Grr I ha e been trying g to remove parental.guidence of my sons phone attached to main account it suddenly appeared on amd now we can't get it offf je is not impressed  twice I ha e spoken to sky and still.it remains on

You might be able to do this yourself however you will need a credit card to do this as per this:

So you can either use one from a family member or friend or if you have a phone contract with Sky then you can call them and they will do this for you as only someone aged 18 or over can sign a credit agreement so they will already know that you are older than 18 for the adult settings to be changed. 150 is the free number to use to call Sky on

Only a credit card will suffice (not a debit card). You can borrow a credit card if you haven't got one yourself, it doesn't have to be yours. The only other way is if you have signed a credit agreement with Sky, then they will already know you are 18 or over so if you persevere in calling them on 150 they can deactivate this for you.
