Paid for wrong devices twice - Refund request

I spoke with different advisors via phone and they ordered the wrong device (IPhone 17pro) twice for me, I got debited for the initial payment twice too, then I spoke with the last advisor so got my order right (IPhone 17 pro max).and said he had cancelled and processed refund on 2 previous orders. (All the back and forth on phone with different advisors happened within 24hours).

It's been over 2weeks, no refunds or device delivered. 
I can't track my order online because it displayed 'coming soon' even after 2/3weeks

this is driving me nuts!!

Refunds can take 2-3 weeks to get back to you so if this still hasn't been sorted then you might want to put in a complaint:
