I've been trying to get a pac code from sky however I can't seem to receive one. It says its needs my d.o.b which I've given more than once. Is there another way I can get it?

Are you entering your date of birth in

the correct format as shown here:

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/switching-mobile-providers-leaving-sky-mobile

If you are then call Sky on 150 as they should be able to help with this and when you do say nothing when asked anything by the bot.
