Pac code not working

The pac code provided to myself and my partner is the same pac code.  He has set up his new provider using the pac code however, when I try to set up it does not seem to work.  Should be have both been provided the same pac code or should these be different?

@Gemma166  Are both phones on the same account if so one pac should do both 

 

if on separate accounts a different pac is required
