I can't get my pac number to convert to eSIM for new iPhone

Hi @Laural1982  just to confirm you are porting a number from a different network to sky ? As you cant port from one sky sim to another. What have you tried so far ?

I am a sky customer and it won't let me get my eSIM without code

Are you trying to activate a new sky esim or transfer a number from a different network to sky ? @Laural1982

Hi @Laural1982  have a look here. You don't need a PAC, that's for transferring from another network.

if you still can't get it activated then you will need to either find a phone to call sky or use the social media links at the bottom of this page to contact sky.
