My eSIM is not working, it has failed to transfer over and the activation is not working.
I need help activating this so i can use my phone. My number hasn't transferred over propely meaning my new network plan won't work. I have paid for 100GB of data and it wont even work.

Hello Nic, I have the same issue as I have just been told that an esim cannot be activated whilst you are abroad. Issue since 17th Feb.
68 phone calls, they lie to customers, they don't know what they are doing!! I haven't heard anything like. No one has been able to help me or wanted to assist me.
