PAC codes

Buying 2 new phones from Sky currently on sim only but have my wife's and my number on my account tried texting to get a pac code but they can't give me a number because there's 2 sims on my account any help ?

Hi @joffo  if both sims are already with sky then you can't use a PAC to port to different sky sims. Either use the old sims/plans or if you really want the new plans then the only way is to port your numbers to a different network on PAYG then port back to the new sims.
