I’ve used my pac code but received no emails or texts? My old number hasn’t switched over yet and it’s nearly 48 hours however my old account with o2 is showing as closed since using the PAC?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out morePut the Sky sim in the phone as you should be able to make a call so call Sky on the 150 (just that) number so they can look into this for you.
