PAC code
Hello
I'm back again.
I have recived my new sim and i have two options, one of them is use a PAC code to transfer my number to the new sim but everywhere seem to say this is when you transfered from an old network eg when i moved from tesco mobile to sky mobile. Is this true and if so do i have to ring in order for me to do this as i texted the number provided from the sim with my number on and not recived anything.
However i have a 'replacement sim' option and i only need the activation code... Is a replacement for when the previous contract is finished and they send a new one for me [ as partners with broadband deal ]
Or do i need to activate the sim first THEN use PAC ?? It's a bit confusing for me and google is giving different infomation and it's hard to know which i have to use.
Thank you, help is much appreciated

Re: PAC code
If you want to move a number from one Sky sim to another then you will have to move it via a Pac code to a pay as you go network first then get another pac code from the PAYG supplier to move it to your new Sky sim. This is because you can not move a number from one Sky sim to another one. The other option is to call Sky to see if they will change the data plan on the sim you already have to this new plan.
