PAC code refusal

Sky refusing to give me my PAC code says theres a glitch on my account

Hi yes says I can't need to phone but 4 phone calls and 4 automated chats later still nothing. Also had supposedly 2 calls from them but phone next to me doesn't ring just a voice message pops up !

Have you managed to get past the bot as it isn't clear if you have actually managed to talk to someone yet ?

Yes spoken to 4 real people, but just keep  getting fobbed off. Been on again today and still no further

You might want to put in a complaint:

 

https://www.sky.com/help/complaints


This gives Sky 8 weeks to resolve this issue and if they do not you can ask for a deadlock letter to take it further.

Seems constant phone calls help and they have finally given me PAC codes ! Any advice on getting a bill for the credit agreement I paid off as they are dragging their heels on this now !!

I've paid off credit agreement and new company will pay me back but need evidence.  I've been on my bills and payments but only showing monthly bills not the one off credit payment . New company won't give me money back unless I have a proper receipt/bill

Does it show as being paid off ?

Yes nothing to pay but doesn't show I just paid it off and amount which is what I need as proof I've paid it .

Hi , requsted for pac code as sky mobile cant send One time OTC so they trying to fix made a huge mistake to signed up sky mobile terrible customer service esclate my case even RAC messages showing old mobile number fed up but need my old number 25 years old
