PAC Issue Sky to Sky

Hi, 

I'm trying to transfer my number from  my daughters sky account (she got me the old phone 2 xmases ago, to my new account...I have the PAC code but it won't transfer my number. 

 

Can you help?

You can't move a number from one Sky account to another Sky account.

You can't move a number from one Sky account to another Sky account.

@Anthea75  As discussed many times over within this forum , you cannot port a number from one Sky sim to another.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Is there a way my daughter can transfer the phone account into me so I can keep the number and upgrade my phone?

@Anthea75  You can't transfer accounts, you can however get a cheap pay as you go sim, port the relevant number to that, then after a week or 2 port it to an existing or new  sim under your account
