I would like to obtain a PAC code to upgrade my phone through Sky.
As my Skymobile account has more than one SIM activated I have been given a link to the website or to phone them with the number provided. What does this mean, why do I need a PAC code if I am already a Sky customer ?
You don't need a pac code from Sky to upgrade a phone as a pac is only needed if you want to move your mobile number to a different network.

It is probably just a standard question so just say no so that you only upgrade the phone.
