Anyone have a "secret" number for getting hold of someone decent at Sky to transfer a SIM off and obtain a PAC?!
I've been trying, unsuccessfully for 4 days now. I get an error if I try to request a PAC via the web portal with a "sorry you can't process your request online at the moment please call us....".
I've tried via 0345 05075, and 03337591018, 2 times I've been cut off mid-call, one time I was promised a call back that I never recieved and the other time the operative went off at a complete tangent trying to sell me Sky Broadband and offer me Sky Kids!
Up to now I've always had pretty good service from Sky - but the last couple of weeks the service has been appalling, bordering on useless and extremely frustrating.
If anyone has a decent number for escalation I'd appreciate it rather than trying to go in through the front door again!
