Overseas

Hi, im travelling to china and im trying to find out if all phones are set up to work overseas or do I need to get something added or changed. It's probably a silly question but phones and technology is definitely not my strong point. Thanks 😊

The only thing you need is a large wallet.

Costs detailed here: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-mobile-tariff-guide

e.g. £2,160 per GB of data

@Graham-D

It is a Rest Of The World destination and costs will be extremely high as per this link https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-mobile-roaming-destinations-and-charges

The cheapest solution is to get a local SIM card when you arrive or only use free Wi-Fi.

You need to make sure roaming / data are switched off before leaving the UK and switch on flight mode. Once free WiFi is available just turn on WiFi whilst still in flight mode.
