Overcharged

My latest bill is drastically higher than usual. Please explain why this is.

@Breanna2 Welcome to the forum, please be aware the forum is manned mainly by fellow customers.

That being said, we can't see your bill so we have no idea what you have been charged, the bill should have a breakdown of what the increase in charges are for, if it doesn't or you wtill believe you are being overcharged you will have to call Sky to discuss the issue.

If you have seen an increase then could it be e a discount has come to an end in your sim ?
