Cannot make a purchase

When I try to make a purchase, it keeps saying not available in RoI but, I'm nowhere near there. It also is not showing the full options, lot's of glitchy blank screens.

Please advise??

Is the flag in the bottom right of the corner set to Ireland, if so try changing it. If this doesnt help you will have to call Sky to get the order placed.
