Hi,
I’ve been overcharged on my Sky Mobile bill and need help understanding and correcting this.
I only have one MacBook, however my latest bill shows the MacBook charge listed twice, both appearing to relate to the same agreement.
This is not two separate devices and not two agreements. It appears to be a duplicate charge for one MacBook.
Although my balance currently shows £0.00, the full amount has already been taken, including this duplicate charge.
Please can someone:
• Confirm this billing error
• Remove the duplicate charge
• Arrange a refund or account credit
I would appreciate this being corrected as soon as possible.

That image doesn't show the dates the bill(s) cover. If they are the same you'll need to contact Sky to resolve this. Just dial 150 free from your Sky mobile.

We can't do any of that. You haven’t contacted Sky by posting here. This is a customer ▶️ customer discussion forum where we try to help other customers.
We obviously can't see your bills. Do both bills cover the same dates? Have you made an unnecessary manual payment?

Thanks for replying, but I think there has been a misunderstanding.

Thanks for your reply. Just to clarify, it’s the same agreement for the same device, and I’ve been charged twice. I only have one MacBook and haven’t taken out a second agreement.
It doesn’t appear to be related to a payment date change or an extra payment, which is why I believe this is a duplicate charge that needs checking by Sky.

Have you contacted Sky about this?
Perhaps post an image of your bill making sure any agreement number, mobile number etc are blanked out.
