Over payment on sky mobile
When I took new contract for mobile I agreed to pay £19.58 per month. According to my bill I am paying more. Can you look into this for me please

@Lindaclarke We are customers here, no one can look at your bills, however you should be able to see what the charges relate to on each bill. Have you looked at your bills?

Prices can increase or is this the first payment?

If you look at your bill here what does it show:
https://www.sky.com/mobile-bill
If it is your first bill then it might be higher if it covers a longer period than the usual 4 weeks.
