Outstanding payment unsettled
I have closed my sky broadband account mid Oct 2024. As per closure and last bill , the outstanding payment of £61.03 will be paid by sky to me. However, this amount is not settled it. Usually, the payment cycle is 4th of every month. Could you please check this issue as I couldn't connect to customer care support? Please advise me there email address if any.

You aren’t directly contacting Sky by posting on here. We are mainly customers trying to help other customers.
If your payment method is still active on your Sky account refunds usually take up to 6 weeks from your last day of connection. If your payment method has been cancelled Sky will have to manually raise a cheque (usually involving a back office team) and post it to you so it’ll take longer.
If you wish we can try to help get it refunded within 3-5 working days via the Messaging Team on here. Let us know on this thread if that’s what you want to do but please confirm in your reply it’s currently showing as a credit on your Sky account.
