Outside plan error

I watch bbc iPlayer on my phone using my data in the uk, I have 25gb of data and I haven't done anything differently. Last month it said it was 57.82gb for outside plan but now I've had to upgrade my data plan to 50gb , and I had 65gb in total  however it's now saying that I only have 44.55gb of data left. And I upgraded it like 2 hours ago

When you upgrade your data plan what it get is based on the number of days before it resets which is your billing date so when you upgraded this to the 50GB plan you might not got that full 50GB until this date that it resets on.
