I ran out of mobile data today and seemingly as a result I can no longer access my account details. I try to login again to My Sky App but it says my 'account is not authorised to access' and I can't do anything with it, logging into the Sky website just shows me a bunch of errors on my account saying 'sorry there was a problem' or 'we're experiencing technical issues'. Tried to fix through Chat feature, again when it asks you to click the link to log in it throws up an error and I can't progress any further. Ringing the Sky Customer Service number doesn't work, the line is silent for about a minute before it hangs up. Please help my phone is essentially just bricked now I can't access any other website than Sky because there is no mobile data left. All I can do I make phonecalls.

Find out moreTo get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.
This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.
